Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Fixed cancellation fees:

* 30% of the rent for a cancellation after paying the deposit.

* 100% of the rent for a cancellation from 27 days before the start of the rental period.
