Every room has a view on the garden with pond. The hotel has a cordial restaurant, with a varied kitchen and a bar that allows you to rest while tasting the Belgian beers. It is pleasant to stay late in the evening at the lounge by the hearth. There is also a parking lot reserved for the hosts of the hotel. The hotel is situated on a domain that breathes history, situated on the former front line dating of World War I. Typical proofs of it are the trenches, the concrete bunkers and several craters of mines.

"Menin Gate House" is a charming holiday built in 1923 and completely renovated in 2011. It is the ideal base to explore Ypres and Flanders Fields. Staying in the house is a unique experience. One could not stay any closer to the Menin Gate. Notes of the daily Last Post Ceremony carryinto the beautifull rooms and bring you in the atmosphere of World War 1.

Staying overnight at the brewery? Our Guesthouse is really a quiet place and it’s also the perfect location if you want to explore the region of Poperinge. You will enjoy a gastronomic breakfast buffet and you can have lunch or dinner at Bar Bernard.
